Welcome Change

When changes occur in your life and you feel uncertain of what the future holds, a meditation on the theme

of change can generate a positive outlook. Meditate on the life cycle of a butterfly-----through the stages of

caterpillar and cocoon----to strengthen your resolve about embracing change in your life.

 

(this works really great if you can have a picture of a butterfly to concentrate on or look at all day while you work--place it on your desk somewhere u can see it---the card has one on the other side of the written text that I put above)
